WOMEN ENPOWERNMENT

CSSR is very proud to proclaim that it formed more than 245 women self Help groups.The SHGs have brought about a radical change in the living condition of women.CSSR has been conducting several awareness programs to redeem the rural women folk from their mechanical, condemned depressed, dejected, exploited and socially enslaved livelihood. It has also been encouraging them set aside money in their savings for their future It has also been conducting income generation training programs for their economic empowerment and development of their families. Besides they have been rejoiced through various recreations. These SHGs have been helped with bank loans to start self employments like Dairy Units, making Ready Made Garments, producing Hollow-blocks and Making leather bags and sandals etc.This program not only smoothens their present living conditions but also leads them to a much better future
